Morung United on Monday defeated Nyibon FC 15-3 in the first match of the Game Week-5 of the ongoing 11th Morning Premier League (MPL) 2026 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.
Theja connected five goals for Morung United while Khriesito and Burakum struck a hattrick each.
Kenei netted two goals while Zhapu and Repa added a goal each for the team. Jona netted two goals for Nyibon FC while Ahyuld contributed another goal for the team.
