Vanguard FC (Old Boys) today defeated Eagle FC 3-2 in the 3rd match of the Game Week-3 of the ongoing 11th Morning Premier League (MPL) 2026 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.
Ellies connected the first goal for Vanguard FC in the early 9th minute while Mar increased the score tally in the 27th minute.
The winning goal for Vanguard FC came through the booth of Shalo in the 51st minute.
Alex and Lithung netted a goal each for Eagle FC in the 39th and 49th minute.
