Vanguard FC (Old Boys) today defeated Morung United 6-1 in the first match of Game Week-8 of the ongoing 11th Morning Premier League (MPL) 2026 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.
Mar opened the account for Vanguard FC while Yhumshalo connected a hattrick.
Benlo and Hethanglo also contributed a goal each. Bura scored a solitary goal for Morung United.
