25th Classic Cup 2019: FC Chizami United, Kohima Bible College, United XI wins

FC Chizami United, United XI and Kohima Bible College today registered win in their respective matches on second day of the 25th Classic Cup 2019 here at Kohima Local Ground.

In the first match of the day, FC Chizami United defeated Saptiqa FC Zunheboto via tie break 3-2.
The match witnessed 1-1 draw till the full regulated time play.

Eneile Thopi inked a goal for FC Chizami in the 6th minute while equalizer for Saptiqa FC came through Kito in the 61st minute.

The match was decided through tie-break in which FC Chizami overpowered the rival 3-2.

FC Chizami will now face Challenger FC Meriema on November 12.

Kohima Bible College blanked United Brothers FC 3-0 in the second match.

Kevilezo Sachii connected the first goal for Kohima Bible College in the 20th minute. Talizhu Thupzz and Murohii contributed a goal each for the team in the 33rd and 58th minute respectively.

Kohima Bible College will next face New Market XI on November 13.

In the last match of the day, United XI downed Shinning Star Club Lazami 6-0.

Metselo Medo and Kapzei fetched two goals each for United FC while Menguse Sale and Erikolo netted a goal each for the team.

United XI will next clash with United Falcon Club Medziphema on November 14.
