DIMAPUR, JANUARY 31 (MExN): The Angami Sports Association is organising its 48th Meet from February 12 to 13 at Khuochiezie – Kohima Local Grounds.
The meet will be graced by Dr. Neikiesalie Nicky Kire, Advisor, Urban Development & Municipal Affairs, and Er. Kevisekho Krose, Chief Engineer, PHED (Retd) as the Special Guest and Guest of Honour respectively.
In Commemoration of their Platinum Jubilee Celebration, the Viswema Youth Organisation shall be managing the Ground for this ASA Wrestling Meet 2020.
A press release informed that the meet would witness Naga Wrestling Style only for both the days, with Senior Category on the Inaugural Day and Junior Category on the concluding Day.
Many prominent wrestlers and local favourites shall be competing in this Meet. Moreover, the Junior category – “Under Sixteen” Naga wrestling shall be introduced for the first time, in the history of the Angami Sports Association Meets, for the spectators to marvel.
