Kohima, December 27 (MExN): The 58th Sports Meet of Seiyhama Youth & Sports Organisation (SYSO) commenced today at Seiyhama Local Ground under Kohima district.
Rev. Dr. Kevichalie Metha, Pastor, Peraciezie Baptist Church graced the opening ceremony as the special guest and Neivolie Sopfünuo, former President, SYSO as guest of honor. In his speech, Rev. Dr. Metha encouraged the players to keep God above all things and set a goal and focus on it.
The programme was chaired by Seyievilie Sopfünuo, Vice President, SYSO.
Earlier, welcome address was delivered by Medozelie Theünuo, President SYSO while SYSO games & sport secretary Zhasalie Metha administered oath to the participating teams. The sports meet will conclude on December 30.
