8th Horsepower Challenge 2019 in Kohima from Nov 21

The Nagaland Adventure Club (NAC) is all set to organize the 8th Horsepower Challenge after a gap of one year.

Considered the best well organized motorsports event in North East and one amongst many events in India, the 8th Horsepower Challenge will also witness the culmination and final round of 1st North East Championship in memory of Late KK Paul Rutsa ,a pioneer and promoter of adventure and motorsports in Nagaland and amongst North East states motor sports fraternity.

The event is scheduled from November 21 to 23 at Phriebagei, (Medical College), P. Khel, Kohima village.

Cash prize of over Rs. 6.50 lakhs is set for various categories of stage rally and Motocross enduro for cars and bikes respectively.

The club is expecting a good turnout of competitors from different parts of the country.

The event is also going to be an event which will be totally free from single use plastic for which the club is taking all initiative to create awareness among the competitors and public who will come to witness the event.
