TSEMINYU, AUGUST 7 (MExN): The Sub-Treasury Officer of Tseminyu has informed all pensioners receiving pensions from the Sub-Treasury Officer's office in Tseminyu that the annual physical verification for the year 2023, in compliance with CTR 368, has been scheduled from September 11 to September 14 from 10:00 am onwards.
All pensioners are required to adhere to the provided schedule for the annual physical verification process below: family pensioners on September 11 (serial number 1 to 60); family pensioners on September 12 (serial numbers 161 to 321); life pensioners on September 13 (serial numbers 1 to 228); and life pensioners on September 14 (serial numbers 229 to 456).
The documents required for physical verification are PPO Book, Life Certificate with a recent passport sizes photograph (duly attested); and an ID Card issued by the Pensioners' Association. Life Certificate can be obtained from the Pension section with effect from August 7.
All the pensioners have been advised to refer their respective Pension Book Serial Numbers and be present on the allotted date. Pensioners incapacitated by bodily illness or infirmity and in all cases where such inability may be alleged, shall be required to submit their home address with contact numbers, whereby officials will be deputed to obtain proof of existence of the pensioner independent of the life certificate furnished.
Further, it mentioned that, no extension will be made beyond the allotted dates; moreover pension disbursement from the month of September 2023 will be withheld for all physically unverified pensioners.
