DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 3 (MExN): The Confederation of All Nagaland Services Employees’ Association (CANSSEA) held a meeting with the All Nagaland School Teachers Association (ANSTA), the Nagaland Government Higher Secondary School Employees Association (NGHSSEA) and the All Nagaland Government Primary Teachers Association (ANGPTA) under School Education department on October 3.
The meeting was called by the CANSSEA in the backdrop of the three associations requesting the government for timely release of salary to teachers, whereas the Principal Director of School Education has issued a notification cautioning the employees about disciplinary rules as enshrined under Rule 25 of the Nagaland Government Servant Conduct Rules, 1968, a press release issued by CANSSEA informed.
In the meeting, it was decided that the three associations will keep their agitation in abeyance on the request of CANSSEA to mediate with the concerned authorities and to settle the matter amicably at the earliest.
