Dimapur, September 13 (MExN): Tetso College, in collaboration with ActionCOACH, organised the BusinessRICH workshop themed “Build a Business That Works Without You” at the college campus in Dimapur on September 12.
Held for the first time in Dimapur, the one-day workshop brought together entrepreneurs, business leaders and aspiring business owners from across Nagaland, informed a press release from the college.
The programme focused on practical aspects of business growth, profitability, sales, financial management, business systems and team development.
The workshop was led by L Niranjan Singh, CEO and Head Coach of ActionCOACH North East India, Founder and Managing Director of JCRE Group, and a Certified Business Coach with ActionCOACH, USA.
With more than two decades of professional experience, Singh has worked across entrepreneurship, skill development, retail, higher education and business development, the release said.
Sessions focused on practical tools and frameworks to help participants develop sustainable and profitable enterprises, with discussions covering business systems, team building and strategic approaches to growth.
The workshop also provided a platform for entrepreneurs and business leaders to interact and network, facilitating the exchange of experiences and perspectives on entrepreneurship and business development, it added.
As per the release, ActionCOACH, founded in 1993, is a global business coaching organisation operating in more than 100 countries and supports business owners through coaching, business education, strategic planning and structured accountability.
The collaboration between Tetso College and ActionCOACH seeks to strengthen industry-academia engagement and promote entrepreneurship and business learning in Nagaland, it said.
The initiative aims to provide entrepreneurs and business owners in the State with greater access to contemporary business practices, practical learning and strategies for sustainable growth, it added.
