Mon, March 22 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner, Mon Thavaseelan K issued an advisory requesting citizens of Mon district to celebrate the Aoleang Festival in their own homes and refrain from mass gatherings. Aoleang Festival is the premier festival of the Konyak Nagas. The advisory was issued in view of the outbreak Novel Corona Virus (COVID-19) and in order to prevent and contain its spread.
