Chümoukedima Gorkha Youth conduct indoor sports meet

DIMAPUR, JANUARY 3 (MExN): The Chümoukedima Gorkha Youth 5th Annual Indoor sports meet concluded on Friday, January 3 with Gopal Lama (Advisor Chümoukedima Gorkha Union) as special guest.

Lama in his short speech urged upon the participating sportspersons to be disciplined and humble themselves regardless of their achievements in the sporting field.

Pastor Robert Aley, Nepali Baptist Church Chümoukedima exhorted the gathering advising the Youths to have a clear vision for life. 

Earlier, God’s blessings were invoked by Savitri Malla, Women leader, Nepali Baptist Church Chümoukedima, Welcome address was delivered by Jacob Sundas, Sports Secretary CGY. 

The program was chaired by Esther Tamang, Joint secretary CGY.

Team Khukuri were declared the champions while Team Dhaka bagged the best discipline award.
