•-Honourable Sir, we heartily welcome the long awaited MCS exam date notification which was announced recently. We are also sad to realise that the said exam collides with SSC combine graduate level exam tier-II which falls on the same date (4th Sept.2011). Taking into account the numerous hard working student competing for central exam in various part of the country, like us many students from our state(Manipur) must have clear the tier-I exam. Keeping in mind the students interest from our state, hereby ,we humbly pray that the preliminary exam date be postpone for a week.
