Chümoukedima, May 5 (MExN): The Chakhroma Students’ Union (CSU) organised a felicitation programme for successful HSLC and HSSLC 2026 candidates at CPO Hall, Chümoukedima, honouring students for their academic achievements.
According to a press release issued by the Union’s media cell, the programme began with an invocation led by CSU General Secretary Rokosielie Geisuo, followed by a prayer and scripture reading by Rev Vitsiepielie Nguzhii, Chairman of the Advisory Board, ACRCC.
CSU President Menokhrielie Chalieu delivered the welcome address, while HSLC subject topper Rovilhouno Miasalhou shared her academic journey and encouraged fellow students.
Delivering the keynote address, Razouvotuo Chatsu, Chairman, Chümoukedima Village Council and former Angami Public Organisation President congratulated the achievers and encouraged them to pursue excellence while remaining grounded in values.
He urged students to move forward with purpose and contribute meaningfully to society, stating that academic success forms the foundation of responsible leadership.
The CSU president also expressed gratitude to unit office bearers, well-wishers, and parents for their support in making the programme a success.
