Mokokchung, May 20 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung today notified all concerned on Electors Photo Identity Card(EPIC) & Photo Electoral Roll(PER) as directed by the Election Commission of India. The first phase of photography scheduled from June 1 -26, 2011.
Informing this through a circular, the Mokokchung DC, Lithrongla G Chishi stated that Booth Level Officers (BLO) shall carry out the photographic operations under the supervision of the concerned administrative officers.
In this regard, a training of all the BLOs has been fixed on May 26 and 27, 2011 from 11:00 am at Ongpangkong Salang, Arkong Ward (Near LSRO Office) Mokokchung. All the BLOs are directed to attend the training on the mentioned dates, time and place.
Besides, the circular further informed all BLOs who do not have BLO Identity Card are required to submit two number of recent passport size photograph to the concerned authority for the Identity card.
