•-It has been observed that some Departmental Authorities are in the Habit of gaining their selfish motives/bartering for their own individual gain by conniving with the state politicians in appointing Gazetted Officers randomly without sending requisition to NPSC and directly Blocking the qualified Educated Unemployed Students nor giving the opportunity of promotion to the Deserving Departmental Employees by flouting the Departmental Service Rules. This is a dangerous trend setting by them at this hour, when we talk of transparency, corruption and unemployment problem of the educated Naga youths. This is something that we all had to raise above Tribal or Political affiliation and wipe away the wolf in sheep’s clothing sooner than later.
Those in the higher echelon should be clear in their mind that being non-vocal to raise this issues, should not be taken as a weakness on the part of those affected. In fact, these actions are well watched by every learnt Nagas and as such justice had to be delivered even if they authorities are adamant.
The frustration and insults inflicted on the affected Educated Naga youths or deserving employees would never be erased until and unless the practice is totally stop. Hence, the Apex Naga Student Bodies like NSF, ENSF, EUUN and the CANSSEA must wake up from the slumber and lead the fight to deliver justice before things go out of hand in the near future. They should make use of the RTI Act 2005 in digging out the skeletons from the cupboards from all the offices that had been practicing this evil business. This write up is just a tip of an iceberg for one and all concern to mend and check the system that is blocking the Employment opportunity for our Educated Naga Youths and the deserving Employees.
