•-It is a fact that the image of Education Department is very badly tarnished due to many scams coming up one after another. This time promotion scam has deprived many sincere and genuine teachers who were in the seniority list. Considering the errors of man and abiding by the rules of the law, more than one month the aggrieved teachers have been waiting patiently for positive order but nothing has been materialized till date. Therefore, this appeal is made to the department to immediately issue the promotion order of the missed out teachers affecting from the date of the earlier order so as to maintain the seniority of all the teachers with justice.
