Good Shepherd Club conducts sports meet

Participants of the block level sports meet conducted by Good Shepherd Club.

DIMAPUR, MARCH 12 (MExN): The Good Shepherd Club conducted a block level sports (Kohima block) in collaboration with Nehru Yuva Kendra Kohima at Jakhama ground on March 10. 

The day was observed to encourage the youth on the importance of sports and to keep oneself healthy and fit. The theme for the day was "Nobody who ever gave his best regretted it". The events for the day were football, volleyball, 100 metre race etc. 

6 clubs affiliated to NYKS competed in various events that were conducted. PTMK Football Club emerged as the overall champion. Good Shepherd and Khriesako club emerged as second and third position winners respectively.
