GVBS conducts annual sports meet

Dignitaries along with students of the GVBS sports meet. 
 

DIMAPUR, MARCH 9 (MExN): The Gamadi Vidya Bharati School (GVBS), Dhansiripar Dimapur conducted its 16th Annual Sports Meet 2020 at the school campus. Various games were organised to inculcate sportsmanship spirit in children and to motivate them to partake in indoor and outdoor activities. 

Nzanbemo Humtsoe, Proprietor Humtsoe Construction Dimapur, and Anand Sethi, Executive Member Janjati  Shiksha Samiti, Nagaland graced the opening ceremony as the Chief Guest and Special Guest respectively.

A press release from Shikhadi Haflongbar, Publication Department, GVBS stated that Humtsoe spoke about the importance of sports in order to maintain one’s physical health. He also emphasized on the importance of teamwork.

The welcome address was delivered by Nikavi Chishi, HM, GVBS. Anup Nabensa , Teacher, GVBS administered oath to the three houses.  Vote of Thanks was delivered by Subonglila Aier, Teacher, GVBS and the programme was chaired by Rebringdi Thousen, Teacher, GVBS.
