Kohima, October 20 (MExN): The 1st Hornbill Open Shooting Championships 2019 under the aegis of Nagaland Rifle Association in collaboration with the Aries Rifle & Pistol Shooting Academy and supported by Tourism Department, Government of Nagaland will be held from December 6 to 9 at Aries Sports Complex, Bamunpukhuri-1, Dimapur.
The competition is open to National Rules (NR) shooters from all the states of India.
Under 10m Air Rifle (NR) Men & Women event, the champion will win a cash prize of Rs. 50,000, 2nd- Rs. 30,000, 3rd- Rs. 20,000.
10m Air Pistol (NR) Men & Women: Ist-Rs. 50,000, 2nd- Rs. 30,000, 3rd Rs. 20,000.
25m Standard Pistol (10 rounds): Ist -Rs. 20,000, 2nd- Rs. 15,000, 3rd- Rs. 10,000.
Shotgun- Trap shooting (10 rounds): 1st-Rs. 20,000, 2nd- Rs. 15,000, 3rd- Rs. 10,000.
