Set Goals and Plan:
Setting realistic, specific, and measurable goals will help you stay focused. If you come across a large task, break it down into smaller chunks. This will help you overcome procrastination.

Set Priorities: Follow the Eisenhower Matrix to prioritize yourtasksas (a) highly urgent tasks, (b) which you should schedule and complete ASAP, (c) as well as delegate tasks that others can do, and (d) get rid of unimportant work. This will help you keep track of your work and effectively complete it ahead of time.

Eliminate Distractions: Reviewing your task list regularly will remind you of what needs to be done and thus helpin eliminating distractions.

Reflect: Reflect on your time management skill habitually and make necessary changes and adjustments to yourroutine if required.
