Dimapur, November 22, (MExN): Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has declared the Entrance Test result held on August 21, 2011 for admission to B.Ed January 2012 Session. The detail results are available on www.ignou.ac.in . Under Kohima Regional Centre, altogether 563 candidates have qualified the entrance test against the seat capacity of 300.
Dr. T. Iralu, Regional Director, IGNOU Regional Centre-20 stated in a press release that the selected list (applying the reservation policy of the Govt. of India) for the first 300 candidates were displayed at the Regional Centre’s Notice Board as well as Regional Centre website www.ignou-kohima.nic.in . Provisional offer letter to selected candidates have been dispatched to their respective postal address. There will be counseling – cum – verification of document on 2nd & 3rd December 2011 at the Regional Centre Kohima. Admission will commence from 3rd - 13th December 2011.
The position of vacant seats will be declared on December 14, 2011 (on Regional Centre’s Notice Board as well as Regional Centre website) which will be filled up on merit basis to the waiting list candidates.
