Dimapur, November 12 (MExN): The Main Branch Dojo of International Shito Ryu Karate Federation-Indian (ISKF-India) conducted the colour belt grading test at Calvary Mission School, Sangtamtilla on November 10, where 37 karatekas participated with Sensei T.Sangtam, 4th Dan, Technical Director of Karate-Do Association of Nagaland and the President of ISKF-India as the chief examiner.
A press note received here issued by Thsathriba, chief instructor, San Dan-AIKF, Main Branch Dojo, Nagaland, informed that in the grading test, eight students were promoted to 1st Kyu(Piputo Kiba,Atoka Jakha, Serichem, Abijeet, Tsalise, Yanglihe,Chemlise, and Vesakhou-u), five students to 2nd Kyu (Tunato, Romeo, Thripongse, Thsadang and Jonathan), six students to 3rd Kyu(Sulito, Langthsapi, Mughapu, Bendangsunep and Luke), three students to 4th Kyu(Hantsula, Nyusha and Keviselhou), 11 students to 5th Kyu(Noktsali, Chandrakanta, Roby, Suliba, Langdiba, Imtilong, Tsarise, Kakiye, Kasheto, Khriebeitou and Bobita) and four students to 6th Kyu(Tsaripila, Sulim, Moalong and Ayekali). It is for the information of the general public that, regular karate classes are being conducted at Supermarket area, Signal Angami and at Calvary Mission School, Sangtamtilla.
