DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 1 (MExN): This year’s edition of the Jadonang Memorial Football Tournament which was scheduled to begin November 2 has been cancelled. A press release from the Zeliangrong Football Association (ZFA) informed that the decision to cancel the event was made due to the prevailing law and order situation in the state of Manipur. The 13th Jadonang Memorial Football Tournament will be held in October 2020 which coincides with the 25th silver jubilee celebration of the ZFA. The ZFA informed all participating teams who have registered to collect their registration fees of Rs 5000 from the finance secretary at the ZFA’s head office during office hours by producing their payment receipt issued during registration.
