Kohima, September 18 (MExN): The office of the Senior Treasury Officer, Kohima; North, informed all the pensioners drawing pension from Kohima North Treasury that as per the CTR 368 the annual physical verification for the current year 2026 will take place from October 12.
Pensioners have been urged to register and generate the Digital Life Certificate through the Jeevan Pramaan App. Pensioners who have generated the DLC and have received an approval SMS on their registered mobile number are exempted from appearing for physical verification at the Treasury.
DLC will be rejected if there is mismatch in the PPO and Aadhaar details, and for such cases, pensioners will have come in person to the Treasury for physical verification.
Pensioners coming for physical verification are advised to check their book serial numbers and allotted date.
For those pensioners who are unable to come for the physical verification, due to old age or bed-ridden illnesses, may submit their home address along with contact numbers whereby a treasury personnel shall be deputed for verification at their residence.
Pensioners facing difficulties in operating the Jeevan Pramaan app may visit the Treasury for assistance. A dedicated Help Desk is in operation at the Treasury.
There will be no further extension for physical verification beyond the dates mentioned and no pension payment from the month of October 2026 will be made for unverified pensioners. Documents required for physical verification includes; PPO Book and life certificates duly attested.
Pensioners or their representative can either print from the website https:// treasuries.nagaland.gov,in or collect the Life certificate front the Treasury during office hours.
For Family Pension, physical verification will be held from 9:30 AM onwards on October 12 for serial numbers 01-520, October 13 for 521-1118, October 14 for 1119-1567, October 15 for 1568-1824, October 16 for 1825-2200, October 21 for 2201-2500, October 22 for 2501-2726, and October 23 for 2727-3061.
For Life Pension, physical verification will be held from 9:30 AM onwards on October 12 for serial numbers 12-721, October 13 for 722-1431, October 14 for 1432-2141, October 15 for 2142-2850, October 16 for 2851-3559, October 21 for 3560-4268, October 22 for 4269-4977, and October 23 for 4978-5686.
