Koinonia Baptist Church conducts sports meet

Semi finalists for the 1st Rev Zotuo Football Trophy, Jr CYE and Mens Fellowship posing for a photo before the match on January 2.

DIMAPUR, JANUARY 2 (MExN): The Koinonia Baptist Church held its annual sports meet at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima from December 27, 2019 to January 2, 2020. 

The inaugural function was graced by Rev Zotuo at Koinonia Prayer Centre. Altogether 8 teams participated in the annual Sports Meet. 

In the 1st Rev Zotuo Football Trophy, Junior CYE team won the trophy against Men Fellowship. The 1st Medotseilieü Volleyball Trophy was lifted by Youth Department.

In the T10 Cricket event, the Youth Department won against the Koinonia Prayer Centre and in Volleyball event, Mens Fellowship lifted the title after winning against Koinonia Prayer Centre. The best disciplined team award was given to Veteran Team.

The Sports Meet concluded with Medotseilieü, Pastor gracing the closing function and distributing the prizes to the winning teams.
