Wins for Black Caps Juniors and Christian HSS
DIMAPUR, MARCH 16 (MExN): Black Caps Juniors and Christian HSS won their respective matches on day 3 of the Late Kurshed Hussain Memorial U-18 Cricket Tournament on March 16.
Black Caps defeated HMC High School by 84 runs in the first match of the day.
Electing to bowl first, HMC High School managed to restrict Black Caps Junior to 167 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 25 overs.
HMC High School however failed to reach the target as they were bowled out for 83 runs in 17 overs.
Alok was adjudged as the man of the match.
In the second match, Christian HSS defeated Namghar High School by 73 runs.
Winning the toss, Namghar High School elected to feild.
Christian HSS were bowled out for 164 all out in 24 overs. In the second innings, they managed to bowl out Namghar High School for 91 runs in 19 overs.
