The auditions for Miss Wokha 2026 were held through online and offline modes, with the open/offline audition conducted today at Zumba Fitness Centre, 2nd Floor, WVBC Complex, below the DC Office, Wokha.
The online audition was held on September 3, with aspiring contestants submitting 2–3 minute videos featuring their introduction and profile.
Today’s is audition saw eight contestants from Wokha appear before the selection panel as part of the screening process.
Contestants from Kohima, Dimapur and Chümoukedima will also be joining the selection process.
The contestants were assessed across categories including Introduction & Speaking Skills, Presence & Confidence, Potential for Growth, IQ, Beauty and Walk, covering their communication skills, confidence, stage presence, personality, ability to respond to questions, and overall presentation.
The auditions were organised by Glamorous Event Management in collaboration with the Lotha Eloe Hoho.
Following the screening, the organisers will shortlist candidates for the next stage, with the shortlisted candidates expected to be announced by September 11. Details of the subsequent stages will be announced thereafter.
