Zunheboto, September 15 (MExN): MLA and Advisor K Tokugha Sukhalu (IAS Retd) on September 15 donated a 50-inch CCTV monitor to the Zunheboto Town Council (ZTC) to enhance CCTV surveillance monitoring across Zunheboto town.
The ZTC acknowledged the MLA’s generous donation, stating the new monitor would strengthen the Council's ability to monitor the town area more effectively.
The CCTV surveillance system, launched by the ZTC on September 1, currently covers key areas of Zunheboto town, with 48 CCTV cameras installed along the Woodland Junction to Laghilato Junction stretch under the 15th Finance Commission Grants.
According to the ZTC, the existing monitoring system was equipped with a smaller screen, which was insufficient for effectively viewing footage from the multiple CCTV locations. The newly donated 50-inch monitor is expected to provide a clearer and more comprehensive view of the monitored areas.
