Kohima, June 28 (MExN): The Health & Family Welfare Department and Cure International India Trust (CURE INDIA) renewed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for another five years from June 28, 2023 to June 28, 2028.
During the signing of the MoU, Commissioner & Secretary, HFW, Y Kikheto Sema, IAS appreciated the CURE INDIA as over 93 children have been enrolled and provided the ponseti method of Clubfoot management including five years of rehabilitation with foot abduction braces.
Sema hope that the initiative will continue to help the needy children with club foot in the state of Nagaland and looking forward to continue to work for the achievement of the larger goal of eliminating the deformity and disability resulting from club foot.
The MoU was signed by Commissioner & Secretary, Y Kikheto Sema and Director CURE INDIA, Santosh George, stated a DIPR report.
