DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 13 (MExN): Huto K Yeptho, a student of Logdrum Higher Secondary School in Sangtamtilla Village, Dimapur won a silver medal at the ongoing All India Inter-Zone Karate Championships 2024. The event is being held at the Talkatora Indoor Stadium in New Delhi.
Competing in the +76 kg Junior Boys Sparring (Kumite) category, Huto showcased skill and perseverance. Under the mentorship of Coach Temsu Sangam from Logdrum Karate Dojo, Sangtamtilla Village, he delivered an outstanding performance.
The All Nagaland Karate-Do Association (ANKA) has extended their congratulations to Huto for his achievement, emphasizing the significance of his win in inspiring young athletes across the state.
The association’s Working President, T. Lanu Imchen, lauded Huto’s accomplishment, stating that his success highlights the growing potential of karate in Nagaland.
