KOHIMA, SEPTEMBER 1 (MExN): The Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) will hold a public hearing on September 10 on the true-up for FY 2024-25, Annual Performance Review (APR) for FY 2025-26 and Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) and tariff proposal for FY 2026-27.
The hearing will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Conference Hall of the NERC office at AG Colony, Kohima. The hearing is being conducted under Section 62 of the Electricity Act, 2003, following a notification issued by the Department of Power, Nagaland, on August 6 inviting suggestions and objections from the general public.
Consumers from the domestic, commercial, industrial, bulk and agriculture categories, among others, can participate in the hearing.
