Guwahati, April 29 (MExN): The Alumni Cell of NERIM Group of Institutions organised an Alumni Meet, 2023 in the campus to commemorate the achievements of its illustrious Alumni. The meet was presided over by Dr Zoii Nath Sharma, Chairman, NERIM Group of Institutions, Director, Prof (Dr) Sangeeta Tripathi and Registrar, Deba Prasad Mishra.
A press release received here stated that the Alumni were welcomed back to the campus to reminisce their memories in their academic home. The Institution boasts of alumni that have achieved great success, including having been employed in prominent business houses, multinational companies, private and public sector banks, the information technology sector, non-governmental organisations, entrepreneurs and including those who are serving as Magistrate in various courts in India, as well as some engaged in the highest positions in governmental and other sectors.
The alumni shared their experiences on campus and their journey thereafter. The alumni acknowledged the quality of training provided by the Institution and its qualified faculties, and most importantly, the support and encouragement by the leadership.
A cultural programme with performances by the current students of the Institution added warmth and enthusiasm in the Meet which concluded with the alumni committing to fostering new ties and strengthening the bond with the institution with the aim to develop a robust and active network of NERIMIANS globally.
