The 64th KVSA (Kohima Village Sports Association) Meet 2020 under the aegis of Kohima Village Youth Organization (KVYO) entered the second day with athletic events at the Indira Gandhi Stadium.
In shot put (Men) event, Seluokuolie Kire of D. Khel set a new record with 12.19 mts against the previous record of 12.10 mts.
In the Broad Jump (Men), Neiketoulie Belho of T. Khel set a new record at 6.46 mts against the previous record of 6.10 mts.
Meanwhile, in the 4x200M Relay race (Men), Neiketoulie Belho, Medoneituo Sekhose, Keviphrü Sekhose and Keneitseizo Belho also set a new record at 1:36.50 sec against the previous record of 1:43.34 sec.
The athletic events will continue till January 8.
Under-16 wrestling will take place on January 8 at 4:00 PM at L. Khel Indoor Stadium.
