Kohima, May 7 (MExN): The Nagaland Football Association (NFA) has instituted the Annual NFA Awards to recognise outstanding achievements in football across Nagaland beginning from the 2025–26 season.
According to a circular issued by the association, the decision was taken during the NFA Executive Meetings held on March 6 and March 25.
In this connection, all District Football Associations (DFAs) under the NFA have been asked to submit their “Activities & Achievements Report” for the 2025–26 season for consideration under the “Best Performing DFA Award.”
The association informed that the report should include photographs and be limited to activities undertaken by the respective DFA between April 1, 2025 and April 31.
The reports are to be submitted in both PDF and MS Word formats through email to the NFA on or before May 15, the circular stated. The circular was jointly issued by NFA President K Neibou Sekhose and Joint Secretary C Nonlo Woch.
