Guwahati, May 30 (MExN): The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has decided to run two more one-way special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers from May 31 to June 1.
The first is special train No. 05951 (Dibrugarh-Jammu Tawi) departing Dibrugarh at 4:30PM on May 31 to reach Jammu Tawi at 9:10 PM on June 2. The special train will run via North Lakhimpur, Rangapara North, Rangiya, New Bongaigaon, New Jalpaiguri, Katihar, Chhapra, Lucknow, Moradabad, Ludhiana Jn. railway stations to reach.
The special train will consist of 21 coaches including AC two-tier, sleeper class and second seating coaches.
The second is special train No. 05499 (Alipurduar Jn.-Puri) departing from Alipurduar Jn at 11AM on June 1 to reach Puri at 11AM, the next day.
The special train will run via Binnaguri, New Jalpaiguri, Rampurhat, Kharagpur, Cuttack, Khurda Road Jn. stations and comprised of 16 coaches including AC three-tier, sleeper class and second seating coaches.
Wait listed passengers of other trains running in these routes can avail the facility, informed a press release from the CPRO NFR.
