Night Riders win 1st Futsal Tournament

Night Riders emerged champions of the 1st Futsal Tournament organized by the One Life, One Goal, One Chance Club (OLOGOC) after defeating Adroit Boys.
The two day futsal tourney concluded here on Saturday evening at Zasivi Futsal Arena, Jotsoma village.
During the semifinals, Adroit Boys defeated Score Heroes by 3 - 1 and Night Riders defeated Friends FC by 3-2. Night Riders defeated Adroit Boys by 4 - 2 in the finals.
Sinlo Kent of Night riders was given the "Man of the tournament" title and Vizovor Liezietsu of Night Riders was the "Best keeper".
The winning team walked away with a cash prize of Rs 20,000 with certificates and the runners up also won a cash prize of Rs 10,000 with certificates. Best Goalkeeeper and Man of the Tournament both received certificates and sports merchandise.
The referees were Kezevituo Vizo and Takatemsu while Kevisilie Chielie, President, OLOGOC club, handed the trophy and awards
The tournament was held at from March 13-14 with 37 teams from across the state vying for the trophy.
