Kohima, April 16 (MExN): The Kohima Baptist Pastors' Fellowship (KBPF) is all set to conduct Resurrection Sunday Sunrise Service on April 17 at Kohima War Cemetery, Kohima from 5:00 am onwards.
Rev Sentisashi Aier, pastor Ao Baptist Church Kohima will be the speaker while greetings will be shared by Rev Vezopa Rhakho, president KBPF.
The programme will be led by Mhonchumo S Lotha, pastor, Kohima Lotha Baptist Church.
Tovili Assumi and James Swu, Music Director Sumi Baptist Church Kohima will assist as pianist and song leader respectively.
Thingpio N Lam, president Kohima Town Baptist Women’s Union will pronounce invocation prayer. Bible reading by Dziesekho Kense, president Kohima Baptist Youth Fellowship and Kivitoly Yeptho.
The programme will also witness intercessory prayer by Dr Kevichalie Metha, pastor, Peraciezie Baptist Church. The choir will consists Minister Hill Baptist Church and Tangkhul Baptist Church, Kohima
Dr Ruokuovilie Sachii, pastor Khedi Baptist Church will pronounce benediction.
Meanwhile, KBPF extended invitation to everyone join the celebration of the “victorious resurrection of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.”
Meanwhile, in Dimapur the Easter Sunrise Service will be held at the Old Naga Cemetery from 6:00 am. It is organised by Ao Senso Telongjem Dimapur, Dimapur Watsü Telongjem and Dimapur Ao Baptist Arogo.
Rev Dr I Wati Aier will lead the scripture reading and prayer and special songs will be presented by Moasenla and DABA Ola. Welcome address will be delivered by Meren Nokpu, President, ASTD and Easter Greetings will be brought by Re Vitoshe Swu, President, Dimapur Baptist Pastors’ Fellowship.
