Tuensang, October 21 (MExN): One-day training on CDR analysis was conducted by I/C Cyber Crime Cell, Tuensang at SP Office conference hall for the Investigating Officer of Tuensang Police on October 7. It was held with an aim to train the IOs of the Police Stations to find an association between various suspects (mobile numbers) and to generate output, PRO & Addl SP Tuensang stated in a press release.
During the training important points were highlighted such as types of CDR (Call Detail Records), possible evidences that could extract from CDR, contains on CDR, requisition certificate U/S 65 (B) of Indian Evidence Act 1872 from mobile service providers and Customer Application Form (CAF)/ Subscriber Detail Record (SDR).
Further, in order to encourage the police personnel and families on different aspects on financial economy/business, career guidance and bank fraud, one-day seminar in collaboration with SBI Tuensang was organized on October 16 at SP Office conference hall. Around 50 people attended the camp.
Inorder to curb the inflow of IMFL, Tuensang Police conducted raid/MVCP within Tuensang district, three cases has been registered U/S 44 (e) NLTP Act during October 2023 under Tuensang Police Station and arrested three persons.
