Two from Nagaland take part in nat’l taekwondo seminar & exam

DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 6 (MExN): The 7th Black Belt National Physical & Technical Seminar & Examination was held in Panaji, Goa on the 27th - 30th of September, 2019. 


Menuodilhou Maurice Usou and Obed Khiamniungan from Nagaland appeared for their 4th Dan Examinations, coming up with the highest scores amongst all the participants. Meanwhile, Israel G. Xuivi, Yimkongniken Aonok & Sujit Roy (senior most of Nagaland Taekwondo Federation) congratulated both on behalf of NTF. 


Menuodilhou Maurice Usou also competed in the 21st World Championship held in Plovdiv, Bulgaria from August 24 to 30, for which a selection process was held earlier this year. In Bulgaria, his bouts were against competitors from the Netherlands, Argentina and the Ukraine.
