WDBA holds ‘Christmas Cake Tourney’

WOKHA, DECEMBER 15 (MExN): The Wokha District Badminton Association organized a 'Christmas Cake Tournament' cum Advent Christmas Feast on December 12 at the indoor badminton stadium located at GHSS colony wokha Town.  

All the members along with their families attended the programme with Renponthung Ezung, president WDCC&I and Lichio Murry, vice president WDEA attending the programe on special invitation. The 'Christmas cake' award was bagged by Nsungbeni Tungoe and Wati Odyuo while the runners up were Mhonthung Tungoe and Janbemo Humtsoe.  Under the singles category Shanchothung W Kithan emerged as the winner while Thungbemo Odyuo was the runner up.
