DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 13 (MExN): The Nagaland U-23 women’s team lost to Saurashtra by 46 runs in the Womens U-23 T20 Trophy in Gujarat on November 13. Saurashtra won the toss and elected to bat first, putting up a total of 85 runs losing 8 wickets in 20 overs. Riddhi with 29 runs and Dharani with 18 runs were their top scorers. For Nagaland, Trishna, Sariba and Ayantika bagged a couple of wickets each. Chasing 86 to win, Nagaland could manage to muster only 39 runs in the 20 overs while losing 6 wickets. Sentilemla scored 8 runs while Ayantika scored 7.
