Dimapur Jan 20 (MExN): Officials, one each from the World Bank and the National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) held an informal interaction with members of the Nagaland State AIDS Control Society (NSACS) at the Dimapur Civil Hospital today. It was informed that the World Bank representative whose identification could not be made and the NACO official, AS Bhatia, Finance Director of NACO and former Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur met with members of the State AIDS society and enquired on the current programmes and implementation projects being undertaken. Civil projects, prevention approach as well as present infrastructural conditions were also discussed, according to sources. The two officials had arrived Nagaland Wednesday and at the time of filing this report evening, they left for Delhi. The World Bank provides financial assistance to both the NACO and its units including the NSACS.
