Kuzholuzo (Azo) Nienu addressing holds Oath-Taking Ceremony at Phek town on July 27.
Phek, July 28 (MExN): The 19th Assembly Constituency of Naga People’s Front (NPF) held its Oath-Taking Ceremony at Phek Town Hall on July 27.
Addressing the gathering, MLA Kuzholuzo (Azo) Nienu, advisor Science & Technology department, Govt of Nagaland, called upon all party functionaries and workers to dedicate themselves sincerely to strengthening the organisation under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister and NPF President Dr. Neiphiu Rio.
He expressed confidence that under Dr. Rio’s leadership, the party would continue to grow from strength to strength while working for the welfare and development of the people.
Vesheta Khesoh, Senior Leader, emphasized the importance of unity and collective commitment for the growth of the party.
Zachinyi Khesoh, president, Farmers’ Wing, expressed happiness over the coming together of the two parties and reaffirmed his support for Kuzholuzo (Azo) Nienu in the forthcoming election.
He urged all party members to remain united and give their best for the success of the party.
Velapra Shijoh, Secretary (COB), encouraged the rank and file of the party to work in close coordination to strengthen the organisation both at the constituency and State levels.
Api Vadeo, Working President, NPF Phek Division administered oath to the office bearers while dedicatory prayer was pronounced by Rev. Dr. Vezopa Tetseo, Pastor, Phek Town Baptist Church.
The programme was chaired by Khosheta Rhakho, Secretary, Central Organising Board (COB).
The invocation was offered by Pastor Veprete Lasuh of Bible Hill Baptist Church, while the welcome address was delivered by Lavoto Chizo, President, 19th A/C NPF.
Ruzazho Unit NPF and Sakulu Lohe presented special numbers.
The programme concluded with a renewed pledge by party leaders and members to remain united and committed towards strengthening the party and serving the people with dedication.
