KISCE Kohima to face Peren DW FC in finals today

The grand finale of the 1st Nagaland Open Women Football League- cum- knock out tournament under the aegis of Youth Resources & Sports department, Nagaland, will take place on July 1 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima. KISCE, Kohima will face Peren District Women Football Club (PDW FC) in finals at 5:30 PM on July 1.
The exhibition match between Youth Resources & Sports department and Nagaland Football Association XI will be played at 3:00 PM.
Earlier, in the first match played here today, Peren District Women Football Club defeated Hilly Girls FC 4- 1.
Abinuo contributed a hattrick for Peren District Women Football Club. The team gained another goal through Ruth.
A lone goal for Hilly Girls FC came through Thenozolu. The second match between Football Association Phek district (FAPD) and Northern Angami Youth and sports Association -C (NAYSA-C) ended a goal less draw.
S. Keoshu Yimkhiung, Advisor Youth Resources and Sports Nagaland will grace the closing ceremony as the guest of honour.
The programme will be chaired by Anthony Ngully, secretary, Youth Resources & Sports, Nagaland. Vote of thanks will be proposed by Megolhu Dolie, Additional Director, Youth Resources & Sports, Nagaland.
