The 2nd Edition of the Inter Khelo India Centre (KIC) Table Tennis Tournament concluded today under the aegis of the Department of Youth Resources & Sports, Government of Nagaland, at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.
Addressing the opening ceremony as the special guest, Tiameren Chang, Joint Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Youth Resources & Sports Department said that Government of Nagaland under the leadership of the Chief Minister Dr. Neiphiu Rio is committed to promoting sports. He also believed that Table Tennis not only instills discipline and but builds reflexes.
He urged upon the players to play with confidence, sportsmanship and recognize each other talents.
The inaugural programme was chaired by Nyuvitho Nyuthe, Joint Director, Department of Youth Resources & Sports.
