ARUNACHAL PRADESH, JUNE 2 (MExN): The Assam Rifles organized an essay competition themed "Imperative need for a pollution-free mission" at Mother Teresa School in Kharsang village, Changlang district, Arunachal Pradesh on June 2. The event was part of the Meri Life initiative and aimed to educate the community on the harmful effects of pollution and strategies to combat it, a press release by the Assam Rifles stated. A total of 50 enthusiastic students participated, showcasing their awareness and creativity through their essays.
By engaging with this critical issue, the event sought to instill a sense of responsibility and proactive mindset among the youth, encouraging them to contribute towards a cleaner and healthier environment, the press release stated.
