Bank of Baroda (BoB) has extended support to flood-affected Assam.
Guwahati, Jul 31 (MExN): Bank of Baroda (BoB) has extended support to flood-affected Assam by contributing Rs 1.20 crore to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The contribution is aimed at supporting the state's ongoing relief and rehabilitation measures in the wake of the recent floods.
The cheque was handed over to Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on July 30 by Shiba Pada Nayak, General Manager & Zonal Head, North Eastern States Zone, Bank of Baroda, at the Chief Minister's Office in Guwahati.
The event was attended by MLA Naba Kumar Doley, Biswajit Swain, DGM (Compliance & Assur-ance), Sandeep Kumar, DGM (Business Development), and Mithu Kalita, Zonal Marketing Manag-er.
