Yes:
• If the existing policies are sternly implemented and given more emphasise for the expansion through appropriate utilisation of the sanctioned budget.
No:
• No proper employment at all.
• No. What existing policies are there to tackle unemployment in Nagaland? Our leaders are clueless.
• No. The only policy that exists is to enrol many youths into the Police forces of Nagaland. We will end up as a police state.
• Existing policies have good intentions; however, they are not enough to tackle unemployment in Nagaland. They have limited private-sector opportunities, mismatch between education and job skills, and slow implementation of schemes at the ground level. Many youths still depend mainly on government jobs, while support for entrepreneurship, skill-based training, startups, and local industries is inadequate. Without stronger focus on practical skills, private investment, and sustainable local employment, unemployment will continue.
• Policies are just namesake.
• Not really. The number of unemployment amongst our youth is far too high to meet the available job opportunities that the state government has in store. In addition, our state lack strong industrial base and private sectors while, on the other hand, our youth lack vocational skills (technically speaking). And just a thought to share, I see that our youth need not always look for government jobs alone, but rather go about creating their own opportunities, employing themselves with their own gifts, talents and capacities, where they have space. No work is too humble to get our hands on. If they are good in building houses, repair tables and chairs, or lead others morally and spiritually in church and society, do them instead of running miles for a forest officer or police constable which will only turn them into some coloured- collar slaves. Yeah, there is salary to keep their body and soul together, but all childhood goals, ambitions, football— a passionate life will have ceased! Merely existing, not living.
• No...We need more resort like Noune to create job opportunities.

• Lift the ban on liquor for more revenue means the state can generate more employment.
