‘Au Revoir 2026’ marks emotional send-off at Jubilee Memorial College

Mokokchung, April 17 (MExN): Jubilee Memorial College held its farewell programme “Au Revoir 2026” for the graduating batch at Aongza Ki, marking a heartfelt send-off for the outgoing students.

The programme commenced at 2 pm with Session I, hosted by Nikili of Semester II. An invocation was led by Lucy Chhirhah, Assistant Professor of Psychology.

A message on behalf of the juniors was delivered by Imnatula of Semester IV, who expressed gratitude and extended best wishes to the graduating batch. A musical tribute by Liju Achumi and Samuel (Semester IV) added an emotional note to the occasion.

Principal Dr Imtiwati Jamir, in her address, offered words of encouragement and guidance to the students. The programme also featured presentation of Academic Excellence Awards, recognising the achievements of outstanding students.

A valedictory address was delivered by Molongzenla Amlari of B.A 6th Semester, Department of Psychology, who reflected on the journey of the graduating class. The farewell song by Semester VI students created an emotional atmosphere, symbolising both an end and a new beginning.

The programme concluded with a prayer for the graduating class by Imtiwala, Mission Co-ordinator, MTBA, followed by a vote of thanks by Tsungrosenla Jamir, convenor of “Au Revoir 2026”.

The farewell programme was marked by reflection, appreciation and celebration as the college community came together to bid adieu to the graduating students.
